- Early Bird Discount
- 10% Early Bird Discount applies to bookings confirmed with signed contract and deposit paid before 15 October 2024.
- Discount is applied to the total package price (excluding additional extras, beverages purchased on consumption, or third-party services).
- Booking & Deposit
- A signed booking agreement is required to confirm your event.
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- Final Numbers & Payment
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed 14 days prior to the event date.
- Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the event.
- Pool Access
- Complimentary pool access is available during standard pool opening hours on the event day only.
- Guests are required to adhere to pool safety rules and dress codes.
- Lucky Draw – Cabana Experience
- One cabana experience (3 hours) will be awarded to a randomly selected guest at each eligible function.
- Cabanas must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability on the event day.
- Lucky Draw – Room Discounts
- Three guests will be selected at random to receive 50% off the best available room rate for stays on the night of the event.
- Offer is subject to room availability at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Complimentary Parking
- Complimentary parking is valid for the event day only and subject to space availability.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to 100% cancellation fees.
- Minimum Spend / Guest Numbers
- Minimum spend or guest numbers may apply depending on the selected venue and date.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- All beverage service will be conducted in accordance with NT Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.
