All the Love Within is a calming sound healing and slow flow yoga experience, created for anyone seeking rest, clarity and reconnection — whether you’re new to yoga, deep in your wellness journey, or simply in need of a mindful pause.
Set poolside at Darwin Airport Resort and delivered in collaboration with Agoy Yoga, this experience invites you to slow your breathing, soften your body and settle your nervous system in a relaxed tropical setting.
The Experience
This 75-minute session blends gentle slow flow movement with immersive sound healing, helping you:
Release physical and mental tension
Improve body–mind awareness
Restore energy and emotional balance
Leave feeling grounded, calm and refreshed
The session is suitable for all levels. No prior yoga or sound healing experience is required.
About the Teacher
Nikki is a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher and a qualified sound healer.
She has been teaching around Darwin for the past three years and is passionate about sharing the gift of body–mind awareness and its positive effects on everyday life. Nikki’s sessions are inclusive, nurturing and thoughtfully guided, making everyone feel welcome.
